A Message From our General Manager:
We really appreciate your business! Our continued goal and what we strive for is your success as a customer, providing you with the highest quality materials and impeccable customer service. Even though we fall short at times, we continue to hold these goals before us and continue to hold each other accountable for your success.
As we go forward into the last quarter of 2025, we are all at our busiest. It is important that we all take ownership of our projects as a whole: reviewing schedules, plans, estimates and invoices to ensure our mutual success. This is also our busiest time of the year, October being historically Valley Precast’s busiest month.
Due to that fact, we would like you to try to schedule pick-up of materials for a minimum of 48 hours in advance (which has been our published practice since before the COVID pandemic). This timeline allows us to schedule your builds for the second day and not stop our scheduled activity for the current day to build a product while you wait. The item will then be ready in Will-Call for you to pick up on the third day with the least amount of wait time for you and the most efficient operations for us.
With the onset of winter conditions, chaining up on your jobsite may be a necessity. There is an additional charge for this requirement. If you know that this will be the case when dispatch calls to confirm delivery, please let them know so that the driver can be better prepared to complete a successful delivery experience.
Finally, Happy October and keep in mind the safety concerns of the highly pedestrian holiday of Halloween coming up at the end of the month. Wishing you success, prosperity and safety as we close out the final quarter of 2025!
