Helpful Tips For Placing an Order
Valley Precast is ready to assist you with your next order—whether you’re outfitting an entire septic system or just need a few parts. Here’s what you need to know:
Septic System Orders:
If you’re planning to purchase a septic system—including the tank and related components—please provide engineered plans. These can be emailed to our Estimator and Office Manager, Lisa, at LisaS@valleyprecast.com. She will prepare an estimate for you. Once you’ve received your estimate, call 719-395-6764 and ask for Coral, our Dispatch Manager, to schedule your order for pick-up or delivery.
Septic Parts Orders:
If you are only planning to purchase small parts or replacement parts of a septic system, no estimate is required. However, we recommend calling ahead at 719-395-6764 so we can prepare your order in advance. Please note: Some items require 48 hours’ notice, including: risers, flushing assemblies, geogrid, filter fabric, and pump wire.
Payment:
If you currently have a Net30 credit account with Valley Precast, payment is due 30 days from the date of order pick up or delivery. If you do not have a Net30 credit account, payment is due at the time of pick up or delivery via credit card or check. Interested in opening a Net30 account? Give us a call for details!
