Happy New Year to all!

As we set out on a New Year, there is one thing to consider when setting up for the installation of a new septic systems. The most prominent issue and one that can cause disruption and delays on finishing new projects is changes from the original engineering.

We supply you with an estimate based on engineered drawings that are originally submitted to us from General Contractors, Contractors who specialize in septic system installs and homeowners across Colorado. I urge you to be cautious of your approach when installing these systems.

Changes from the design in the field during install can affect how the system will perform. We would strongly suggest that any changes be reviewed by your Engineer before physically doing the work.

If questions arise, please feel free to contact us for perspective and definitely contact your Engineer. This will ensure that the work you are performing only needs to be accomplished once saving you time, money and aggravation during the installation process.

In the end, following guidelines as engineered will give you a finished product that you can count on for decades to come.
